Within each course, I find four lessons. Do I need to watch all of them?

The uploaded lessons are divided into two daytime sessions (first and second part) and two evening sessions (first and second part) with their respective slides.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO FOLLOW ALL FOUR LESSONS, BUT ONLY THOSE DURING THE DAY OR EVENING, DEPENDING ON THE CYCLE OF INTEREST.

However, you can still choose to watch all of them. Check the upload date indicated in the description to get an idea of when the lesson was conducted, so you can consider the most up-to-date one.
